Next, get inspired to create stunning living spaces with the help of your personal Design Consultant, who will guide you from start to finish. For our single detached home buyers, you can choose your exterior colours from thoughtfully curated packages that include bricks, shingles, aluminum, and stone (as per elevation). This is also the perfect time to discuss custom modifications such as kitchen venting, plumbing fixtures, and staircases.

During your Interior Selection appointment, we will review your new home plans in detail, revisit your budget, discuss your style, and finalize your interior colour and finish selections. This meeting is all about creating the home you have always dreamed of, and it’s the last step before our construction team breaks ground and brings your vision to life.
