Next, get inspired to create stunning living spaces with the help of your personal Design Consultant, who will guide you from start to finish. For our single detached home buyers, you can choose your exterior colours from thoughtfully curated packages that include bricks, shingles, aluminum, and stone (as per elevation). This is also the perfect time to discuss custom modifications such as kitchen venting, plumbing fixtures, and staircases.

Attend our Design House’s Open House – a fun and casual evening to browse various choices and samples, mingle with future neighbours, ask questions, and gain inspiration before making your final interior selections.
