Every home built by Mountainview comes with Tarion warranty coverage, providing comprehensive protection with 1, 2, and 7-year warranties. Rest assured, homeowners enjoy peace of mind for years to come. Thanks to our rigorous inspection process, including a 150-point third-party inspection at the framing stage and a thorough 1500-point review upon completion, defects are minimal.

Keep track of warranty work progress with MyHome Tracker. Even after warranties expire, Mountainview goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction by extending warranties beyond the industry standard established by Tarion.

HOW TO REQUEST SERVICE

During the construction process, getting assistance is simple and direct. Reach out to your Sales Professional at the sales office located where your home was purchased. Unsure of your Sales office? Contact us on our main Sales line at (905) 323-6243 for assistance.

For service after your home has closed, our Service Coordinator will input all requests into the Mountainview service system and ensure timely resolution. Contact the Service Department directly at (289) 407-2197 for service requests. Remember, requests directed elsewhere may not be tracked in our system. Once entered, homeowners can check the status using MyHome Tracker online.

In case of an after-hours emergency, our call answering service is available by contacting the head office at (905) 688-3100.
