Mountainview Building Group Showcases A Career In Skilled Trades at Denis Morris Catholic High School’s Trade Promotion Night

Live the Skilled Life night offered an opportunity for students to explore a career in the skilled trades.

St.Catharines, ON., February 1, 2024 - The team at Mountainview Building Group set up their booth at Denis Morris Catholic High School’s Live the Skilled Life, ready to engage with students in grades 6 to 12 interested in a career in a skilled trade.

Over 350 students and parents attended the informal exhibition style event which featured more than 30 companies, unions and agencies giving students ample opportunity to learn about an array of industries and topics within the skilled trade industry. Dylan Price, a Grade 11 student at Holy Cross was happy to attend saying, “I have an interest in the construction industry, the trade fair tonight is a great start in exploring my options.”
