How Mountainview Has Adapted in the Time of COVID
How Mountainview has adapted to being an essential service and remaining open during the global pandemic.
The COVID-19 pandemic has hit hard, and nearly every industry has had to make changes, pivot, and adapt. Mountainview Building Group is certainly no exception.
As an essential service, continuing to deliver homes to our homeowners through Covid-19 meant making some adjustments to how we work, communicate and build. Together, we quickly discovered a new normal for working safely - protecting ourselves, colleagues, home buyers, our families, and continuing to build dream homes for our Mountainview families.
With so many changes, one thing we are happy to say has not changed is the home buying process with Mountainview. We are still here for you, still providing exceptional service and building quality homes – the steps just look a little different now! We have introduced new technologies that benefit the purchaser, making the home buying, building, and servicing procedures safe, yet efficient including virtual model home tours, virtual meetings, e-documents and e-transfers to name a few. Our priority is and has always been, to create an exceptional experience for our customers, and we are continuing to adapt our protocols as government requirements change and evolve, so this is always achieved.
At Mountainview, our commitment to excellence has remained a top priority. Although our interactions with our customers look a little different, we’re as committed as ever to providing homebuyers with the best buying and building experience—it’s just done virtually now!
While these new changes are necessary right now, of course, we’re also excited to welcome everyone back in person when the time comes. Rest assured, when we can once again open our doors and invite customers into the Mountainview Building Group offices and model homes, we’ll continue to have protocols in place to keep everyone safe.
Until then, stay safe. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
